KFR_SRC_F64* kfr_src_create_f64(KFR_SRC_QUALITY quality, int64_t interpolation_factor,
                                int64_t decimation_factor, kfr_f64 scale, kfr_f64 cutoff)

Creates a double-precision sample rate converter from a quality preset.

Parameters
quality	Quality preset.
interpolation_factor	Interpolation factor. Must be greater than zero.
decimation_factor	Decimation factor. Must be greater than zero.
scale	Output scale factor.
cutoff	Cutoff frequency as a fraction of the Nyquist frequency.

Returns
	New converter, or NULL on error. Release it with kfr_src_delete_f64().
